Private Classes
Dana's yoga instruction is a synthesis of the precision of Iyengar Yoga, the dynamic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork and philosophy of Viniyoga and finally, the core strength of Forrest Yoga. With many years experience working at the exclusive end of the Spa industry (The Golden Door and Rancho la Puerta), Dana brings this same level of personal attention and instruction to her private classes working in either an individual or group setting.

Individual Classes - in your home, office or at Infinite Yoga's studio in Little Italy, San Diego. What is a private session like?

Experience one-on-one instruction (a 'private' yoga class) in the comfort of your own home, office or book a session at the Studio on Kettner Blvd. Each session is designed for your specific goals and how you can accomplish them. You'll learn what's right for your own body - to experience strength, flexibility, and balance; to build self confidence and reliance - along with the convenience of having your own personal yoga teacher at a time that works best for you.
How do I get started?

Private Retreats
Why not gather a group of friends together and create your own private retreat? Invite Dana to come to your town for up to a week of personalized yoga instruction - bringing the spa home. There are a number of programs you can choose from. Anything from gentle and relaxing to highly energized and challenging. Whatever your choice you'll be inspired and refreshed.

Easy to set up, Dana usually presents two classes each day specifically aimed at the requirements of your particular group. The morning session may be an active class designed to challenge and energize you. The afternoon class might combine breath work, chanting, meditation and relaxation techniques. But remember, the classes are designed specifically for you – so you and your friends select what appeals on the menu – it couldn't be easier!

What is a 'Private' class like?
If you've never taken a private class before here's what it entails: If you've never practiced yoga before you begin with the basics: the breath and slow simple stretches to prepare the body and mind - and for Dana to sense where you need help.

If you are an intermediate or advanced student you'll achieve tremendous results by allowing Dana to help you work through your questions, concerns and goals. Do you breathe correctly? What have you not been able to understand in a group class? Which postures always give you trouble? What have you always wanted to be able to do? Is this possible? Have you had recurring pain? Is there some posture that is causing this and what can you do about it?

How do I start?
Many serious students book 6-12 private sessions a year just to get a personal understanding of what they need to progress and then they'll apply that to their regular yoga classes - a kind of yoga tune-up.

The regular price for a 60 minute single session is $100, with four for $340 ($85 each).
A 90 minute single session is $140, with four for $480 ($120 each)
