A vigorous practice combining Sun Salutations with yoga postures in a flowing yoga dance. Based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system of linking your breath with each movement you'll develop a tremendous amount of focus deepening your yoga practice and bringing clarity of mind. Enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and release tension in your body. You'll feel strong, lean, and energized!
Also included is Dana's favorite abdominal work to enhance core strength and help you to connect with your center. This creates overall balance and awareness in the postures.
Finishing out on the floor, resting in savasana, you'll slowly drift into a deep state of relaxation through Dana's soothing words and all that you've experienced.
