Private Yoga Session(s)
This card entitles the individual to one or more private yoga classes with Infinite Yoga.
You can select one or four sessions with a duration of either 60 or 90 minutes each. If you've never practiced yoga before you begin with the basics: the breath and slow simple stretches to prepare the body and mind - and for the teacher to identify where you need help.
If you are an intermediate or advanced student you'll receive tremendous results by allowing the teacher to help you work through your questions, concerns and goals. Do you breathe correctly? What have you not been able to understand in a group class? Which postures always give you trouble? What have you always wanted to be able to do? Is this possible? Have you had recurring pain? Is there some posture that is causing this and what can you do about it?
