Learn the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in a non-intimidating atmosphere over two consecutive Saturdays. Get all your questions answered, discover how to strengthen your body, enhance flexibility and calm your busy mind. You’ll learn what’s right for you and your body and build confidence to walk into a yoga class.
