Get in shape while deepening your knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. 4 days a week for 4 consecutive weeks, Yoga Booty Boot Camp’s program will make you stronger, leaner and more flexible. You’ll develop the tremendous mental focus and clarity that comes from consistent practice of this powerful form of yoga. What makes Yoga Booty Boot Camp unique is the combination of a progressive four week program and focused personal attention, motivation and inspiration from Dana and Julia.
Infinite Yoga is known for private sessions, yoga retreats and workshops. This program combines all 3. With a limit of just 10 students, you enjoy a teacher/student ratio and experience the personal attention and hands on adjustments that is normally reserved for private yoga lessons (at $100 per hour). The entire month’s program is progressive, designed to help you to explore further and deepen your understanding of yoga. Each week has a different theme and focus, so you gain the knowledge and insight experienced in our workshops, retreats, and Teacher Trainings.
Using Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as a base infused with a weekly theme, deepens your knowledge of the postures and the practice. Deepening your knowledge increases body awareness which leads to results both externally (leaner, more muscular) and internally (stimulates internal organs and brings inner harmony). Complementing this is IY’s metabolic conditioning, combined with nutrition to rev up your metabolism, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Dana will complete each Saturday with the Grace of Yoga combining deeper stretches and inversions to bring balance and harmony to the challenging week.

About Julia:
Julia is a long time friend and student of Dana Rae Paré and has been passionately practicing yoga for 2 decades. Mother of 3 she practiced yoga throughout her pregnancies. Julia is a “cross-fit” personal trainer and an expert in motivating and challenging her clients to move beyond their self imposed boundaries and feel great about themselves. Julia has completed Infinite Yoga’s Teacher Training.
