Yoga Sculpture with Dana (replaces Foundation) Yoga Sculpture is a slow-motion,
super-focused, serious yoga class inspired by Dana's personal yoga practice. Create a stronger, leaner and more muscular body by holding and repeating standing
postures and arm balances, multiple back-bends, deep intense stretches and inversions to release and restore the body.
An excellent class for all levels of
students except beginners. This 75 min timeframe is great for yoga and dance teachers who need to maintain strength, flexibility and to "fine-tune"
without over doing it.
Try the first week for free on Wednesday June 17th or Friday June 19th
