Trevor Monk
Originally from England, Trevor has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since 1999. He spent 6 months in India studying with Patthabhi Jois and is
grateful to the remarkable teachers with whom he has studied. These include Lino Miele, John Scott, Godfrey Devereaux, Radha, David Swenson, Danny
Paradise, Dana Rae Paré and Tim Miller. He has taken teacher training with Tim Miller (Ashtanga) and Eddy Marks and Mary Obendorfer (Iyengar). Trevor's

Laura Sparaco
Laura was introduced to yoga in 1995 by her mother in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Since then she has studied intensively with renowned teachers that
include: Eric Schiffmann, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Dana Rae Paré, Tim Miller and Ana Forrest. She has completed teacher training with Ana & Tim
and is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Laura's presence is gentle yet energetic encouraging safe exploration and nurturing inner wisdom.
She is currently studying to become a holistic health practitioner at the International School of Bodywork in Pacific Beach.

Aryn Rannazzisi Aryn combined a love of motherhood, a dedicated practice of Ashtanga and over 8 years working in
elementary classrooms to begin teaching children's yoga. Her Kidz Yoga classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore with
music, books, and games.She holds her elementary teaching credential, has a Masters in Education and has taken numerous courses focusing on children's
literature, special needs students, and infant massage. Aryn had the great honor of practicing yoga under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Encinitas in
2003 and maintains her practice with Dana and Trevor at Infinite Yoga. She considers her son, Benjamin, her best work yet, boasting that he does

Alison Lewis Alison
has been practicing yoga with Tim Miller since 1994. In 1997 she took her first trip to India to study with Pattabhi Jois for 6 months. Since then she
has returned to Mysore four times. Alison has completed teacher trainings with Tim Miller, Nancy Gilgoff, Erich Schiffman and Aadil Palkhivala and has
received authorization by Pattabhi Jois from the AYRI in Mysore, India. In addition to teaching yoga at Tim Miller's Ashtanga Yoga Center, Alison is a Structural Integration/Rolfing practitioner.

Laura Downing In
1998 Laura retired from her career as a professional ballet dancer and began her adventure into the world of yoga. Drawing from her extensive dance
background, Laura has accumulated a detailed understanding of movement mechanics and body alignment. She applies this knowledge by sequencing her
classes creatively, helping her students release muscular and emotional tension to discover more freedom in their bodies. Her teachers include Joyce
Anue (Iyengar & Goenka), Shiva Rea (Vinyasa Flow) and Dana Rae Paré (Ashtanga).

Sequoia Neptune Sequoia has studied yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 1997.
She has trained with Tim Miller for the past 8 years and has taught at the Ashtanga Yoga Center since 2001. More recently, Sequoia completed a certification in Vinyasa Krama Yoga with Sri
Vatsa Ramaswami. Sequoia loves to incorporate Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, vedic chanting, and pranayama, along with asana practice. She
studies Indian music with Jai Uttal and Daniel Paul and often includes kirtan in her classes.

Stacy McCarthy Having
been an All American Swimmer and World Champion Athlete, Stacy turned to yoga over a decade ago to improve her strength, flexibility and balance. Since
then, she has had the fortune of studying with many great teachers including Tim Miller, Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson & Roger Cole. Stacy has been
a featured presenter at the fitness industries largest conferences and is passionate about her contribution to the health and fitness of her students.
She currently teaches at Dennis Dean's Yoga Mandiram in Cardiff-by-the-Sea.

Deanna Huerta When
Deanna discovered Ashtanga she finally found a style of yoga that resonated with her completely.
Deanna is a dedicated student of Dana Rae Paré and has also studied with Anne Nowell and Madisun Omholt. She has taken teacher trainings with Tim Miller, Matthew Sweeney and Mark Whitwell. Her enthusiasm is infectious as she inspires others to explore this remarkable practice.

Kaori Fukuyama Born
and raised in Kumamoto, Japan, Kaori's yoga journey began in 2001 while attending college in Oregon. She has studied Ashtanga Yoga extensively with
Dana Rae Paré and Anne Nowell and has taken teacher training with Matthew Sweeney and Mark Whitwell. She began teaching at Matrix Mandala Garden, a non-profit meditation center. Her classes focus on opening and freeing the
body to bring more balance into everyday life.
